To start the year, we were delighted to take The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) President Niki Roach on a virtual tour around Hull and the East Riding to meet just a few of the wonderful colleagues involved in the ground-breaking Living with Water project.
The tour has been broadcast as part of CIWEM’s Let's Talk WEM - an environmental podcast for people who want to build a more resilient world.
Involved in this podcast was: our General Manager Lee Pitcher; Kate MacDonald, Managing Director, TimeBank Hull and East Riding; Ben Wallis, Vice Principal, Wilberforce College; and Martin Budd, Climate Change Manager at Hull City Council. All discussed the partnership approach and how, through connected objectives, we can increase the awareness of flood risk.
