Help shape flood resilience measures in your community – have your say with our new interactive game!

Hull is the second biggest flood risk area in the UK. With climate change resulting in more intense weather conditions, we need to proactively work together to protect our homes from flooding.

Enhancing the region with sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS) will help reduce surface water flood risk in the future.

Our interactive experience involves exploring opportunities to manage water effectively where you live.

Co-creation and working together with our communities means you become part of our design team for a more resilient future.

This experience will enable us to gather insights on what you want to see, which will help us develop and refine our plans for SuDS projects across the area.

How to play:

  • Pick a local street scene – choose from Derringham, Drypool, Orchard Park, Rosmead Street or Bilton.
  • Select from a range of sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS)
  • Design your own flood resilience schemes – which will help protect you, your family and your neighbours from flooding in the future!
